3D PRINTING
With the popularity of added manufacturing we've invested in SLA & FDM 3D printers. This allows us to offer prototype services to customers that may need to test or handle custom part/assemblies before the final manufacturing process begins.
We will do our best to respond in a timely manner.

MACHINING
Chances are if it can be made we can make it. We can machine simple to complex prototype parts to large production runs.
DESIGN
Using the latest Solidworks design software we're able to create simple parts to complex robotic automation cells. Every design comes standard with highly detailed prints & the proper GD&T if required.
CNC PROGRAMMING
Using the latest GibbsCam software we program all of our CNC projects big or small to make the most time efficient tool cutting program. This gives us the ability to be competitive with our quotes.
FABRICATION
We can also provide fabrication & welding as a service. Creating models & prints in Solidworks allows us to create sheet metal parts with the correct bend allowance the first time. With Mig or Tig welding capabilities we can fulfill many secondary operations if & when needed.
BEHIND THE BUSINESS
As a third generation machinist, you could probably say that machining is in my blood. My grandfather was a machinist in the United States Navy. My father was a Journeyman Machinist for 25 years and now I've been a machinist for 14 years. My education and experience started on scholarship at the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design which transitioned into the Machine Tool Technics & Machine Design programs at Madison College. With this training and career experience I've programmed CMM's (Coordinate Measurement Machines), designed Automation cells in Solidworks, programmed Fanuc robots & programmed CNC (Computer Numerical Controlled) machines from lathes to 4 axis mills. I've manufactured thousands of parts in many different materials from single operation parts to multi-cavity molds. That's why I'm confident with whatever your manufacturing need is, HSM can help!
